1. About Our Services

Woven Grove Therapy provides depth-oriented psychotherapy services by Jessica Boghosian, LCSW, licensed by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. Services are offered to individuals and couples through in-person sessions in Montecito, California and via HIPAA-compliant telehealth within the state of California.

This website is intended for informational purposes. The content on this site does not constitute medical advice, mental health treatment, or a therapeutic relationship. A therapeutic relationship is only established through a formal intake process.

2. Not for Emergencies

This website, our phone system, and text messaging are not for emergencies. If you are in crisis or experiencing a life-threatening situation, please:

• Call 911
• Call the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988)
• Go to your nearest emergency room
• Text HOME to 741741 (Crisis Text Line)

3. Appointments & Cancellation

By scheduling an appointment through our website, you agree to the following:

• Free consultation: The initial consultation is free and carries no obligation to continue.
• Cancellation policy: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may be charged at the full session rate.
• Session fees: Current fees are listed on our Getting Started section and may change with advance notice.
• Payment: Payment is due at the time of the session. We accept credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA, cash, and Zelle.

4. Telehealth Services

Telehealth sessions are conducted through a HIPAA-compliant, encrypted platform. By participating in telehealth, you understand that:

• You must be physically located in the state of California during your session.
• Technical difficulties may occasionally affect the session. If the connection fails, we will attempt to reconnect or reschedule.
• You are responsible for ensuring a private, confidential space for your session.
• Telehealth may not be appropriate for all situations. Your therapist will discuss this with you.

5. Text Messaging (SMS)

Woven Grove Therapy uses Twilio to send a one-time text message with a booking link when you request it through our phone system. By choosing to receive this text, you consent to a single SMS message. We do not send marketing texts, promotional messages, or recurring campaigns.

• Frequency: One-time, only upon your request.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to any message, or simply don't select the text option when calling.
• Help: Reply HELP or call (805) 628-0884.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent is not a condition of booking or receiving services.

Woven Grove Therapy and Jessica Boghosian, LCSW shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this website, inability to access the site, or reliance on information provided on this site. This website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Santa Barbara County, California.
